Site Updates

Gourdness, there is a lot to tackle. I will definitely miss some of it.

First, I placed the majority of stuff on this website under Creative Commons licenses. Wowie! You can read about that choice here or just skim the updated permission statement for an overview.

I also created a new guide: The Structure of the Tirtenverse, which outlines the general structure of the multiverse my stories take place in.

New characters:

I also added a bunch of bookmarks to my links page and rearranged some things on there.

Added a couple of paper sketches I just drew. I put them together because I don't feel like they're polished enough to be posted on their own.

Also added Katen: a Species Guide, which describes the small but significant differences between a particular subset of the Tirtenverse's cats and regular domestic cats. It's silly, but I wanted to commit to the bit. I'm not 100% satisfied with it, so it'll probably see some revision eventually.

Added a new art piece: Tribute to the Mouse.

Also, optimized my fonts! Hopefully, they load faster now.

Added new characters:

• Sunshine
• Ochre

You might notice the URLs are different! I added rewrite rules for character, art, writing, and tag pages. Characters are now found under /char/$number, writing is now under /writing/$number, art is now under /art/$number, and tags are now under /tag/$name. Since this is a rewrite, the old links still work! But the new ones look a lot nicer.

Added a new art piece: A Fitting End.

I also rewrote my permission statement to be more specific and less restrictive (basically, I un-vagued a lot of stuff, which makes it easier to tell what I actually allow). The only thing stopping me from using a CC license for my art is that I'm a bit of a control freak, lmao.

But here's the real big thing I did: I completely rearranged my links page! I changed a portion of it into a "bookmarks" section that can be searched by tag. I realized I was accumulating a lot of links and thought this might be useful.
