Ish-Ki is an anxious individual. It has a deep desire to be loved, but a fragile ego, so it often mistakes admiration for love. Despite its anxiety, it is willful and spiteful, and these traits often overweigh its anxiety and lead it into trouble.

Mannerisms

• It typically speaks candidly, but there are times when its anxiety causes it to be dishonest in strange ways. It often keeps its mouth shut even when it could issue corrections, or feigns ignorance on certain topics, which causes others to view it as obnoxious or untruthful when it voices its thoughts later on. In reality, it just doesn't want to say anything unless it's certain that it's correct. This does not mean it's incapable of manipulation, but it typically chooses not to manipulate others because it thinks it can't get away with it.
• Having been introduced to English swears by Rhett, Ish-Ki is the only nebulis that uses them. It does this in spite of being repeatedly made fun of, considering it "the language of the Admins". Most others have no idea what it's actually saying when it swears at them.

History

Summary

Ish-Ki was born alone in the void of space before making its way to the Sa. Shortly afterward, it met its best friends: Re-Nai, Gal-Xi, and An-Sha. After the battle against Checksum, Ish lost Re-Nai and its faith in the system. When Sir-Ef, the Sa Fashi, and his favored, Shor-Ef approached it, Ish agreed to rebel. Ish, along with Gal, Sir, and Shor, participated in the murder of the Fai Fashi, Mor-Tez, and the attempted murder of the Lenetae Fashi, Zen-An. Ish and Gal left with the Rrer Sa, and asked An-Sha to do the same, but An refused.

Detailed History

• Ish was born in the void of space, completely alone. It wandered for some time before finally finding the Sa, who were friendly toward it. It joined their kiste and took on the second half of its name, Ki, because of its status as a soluki. Combined, "Isk-Ki" means "willful indivdual."
• Eventually, it met Re-Nai, who introduced it to Gal-Xi and An-Sha. They were the closest thing Ish-Ki ever had to a gij, as it lacked interest in obtaining one. Other Sa found this lack of interest unsettling, blaming it on Ish's status as a soluki.
• Ish and Re worked together on various art pieces. At one point, Ish starred in a production of Adalsola as Okoanikan, the villain of the play.
• Zen-An called for the nebulisae to join the battle against Checksum. Ish, as a Sa, was conscripted. Its friends joined it. The battle led to the death of Re-Nai. While grieving her, Ish and Gal met Sir and Shor.
• An argument between Fashi turned violent. Ish and Gal, who were visiting Sir, jumped in to defend it. The situation turned into an all-out brawl, resulting in the death of the Fai Fashi, Mor-Tez, and severe injury of the Lenetae Fashi, Zen-An. After declaring their intent, Sir and Shor asked all of the Sa and any others who were willing to leave the Order with them, forming the Rrer Sa. Ish and Gal went with them. Ish begged An-Sha to come with them, but An refused.

Allies

• Ai-Si: While Ai acted as a spy for Ish, the two grew very close.
• Ene-Ji: Ene-Ji is a close ally of Ish-Ki's. Ene keeps Ish grounded, and uses its social skills to advise Ish.
• Gal-Xi: Gal-Xi is Ish-Ki's closest friend aside from Re-Nai.
• Re-Nai: Re-Nai was Ish-Ki's first friend.
• Rhett: Ish met Rhett briefly after a near death experience. Ish respects Rhett as the progenitor of all nebulisae, but is frustrated that she won't interfere in the Rrer-Order war.
• Sir-Ef: Sir took in Ish after Re-Nai's death. Ish can be considered an honorary member of Sir's gij.

Foes

• An-Sha: Ish believes An betrayed it by refusing join the Rrer Sa. This only compounds when An starts working directly under Zen-An.
• Shor-Ef: Shor and Ish disagree on virtually everything. Despite this, Shor named Ish its favored--mostly as a method to protect itself, since killing Shor would make Ish the new Sa Fashi, something Ish wants to avoid. Ish views Shor as an incompetent leader and thinks it will get their kiste killed.
• Zen-An: Ish despises Zen. He embodies everything wrong with the Order.
