Personality

Soda is a lighthearted and determined individual. She enjoys pushing herself past her limits (sometimes to her own detriment) and rarely gives up. She is used to failure and just views it as part of the process, often laughing off her own injuries and mistakes.

History

Soda raised in the Crow Hunters alongside her brother, Star. Their mother was very ill when they were born and died during their kittenhood, so they were mainly taken care of by other members of the Clowder.

When Soda began to walk, it was clear there was something different about her. She wobbled and fell. Her clowdermates were concerned that she wouldn't be able to walk, but that only made her more determined. Eventually, she learned how to walk in her own way.

Misc

• Soda has cerebellar hypoplasia, AKA wobbly cat syndrome! Depending on how you categorize her, her case may be considered somewhere between mild and moderate. She walks and stands with a wide stance, is hypermetric, and has intention tremors.
• Due to her condition, Soda avoids climbing, but she would never admit this. She also struggles with hunting due to an inability to properly sneak up on prey, especially in areas with a lot of shrubbery or leaf litter.
• Soda finds it easier to move at high speeds, as she doesn't have to maintain her balance for as long between strides. It's also easier for her to pivot at high speeds if she overshoots.
