Feder was a fierced and principled cat, uncompromising in the face of challenge. She insisted on being kind to others even when they were cruel to her, but was unafraid to fight back if pushed. Above all else, she valued the safety of her clowdermates.
History
Feder's sibling was taken by a hawk when they were kittens. She didn't witness this event, but it left a great impact on her parents, particularly her father, who was determined not to let the same happen to her. Eventually, Feder was voted the Presider of the Tree's Leaves.
Some time after this, Mouser and the mill cats arrived. She welomed them and shared her home with them. But after a storm threatened to flood the Two-Floor, Mouser took the opportunity to take the Two-Floor for himself, betraying Feder and the Tree's Leaves. Despite this, when his mate, Eli, came seeking her help because Mouser was suffering from infection, she did her best to cure him. Unfortunately, he was too far gone, so she decided to grant him the mercy of a swift death by giving him foxglove-laced water.

- Mouser: Feder was friends with Mouser until he betrayed her. After that, she pitied him, seeing through his lies. Despite knowing how deeply afraid he was, she also understood the harm he was causing, and knew she needed to put a stop to it.
