A dark blue-gray and pale orange Lenetae nebulis with blue eyes. One half of his face is orange, and the other is blue. He has a blue, oval-shaped core and black, rounded fins on his forehead, back, and tail.
A powerful and controlling dictator. Antagonist of nebulisae.

Zen-An craves control above all else. He doesn't trust anyone unless they (appear to) obey him blindly. He believes that he is always in the right, and does not take assertions to the contrary well. Unless a situation is completely out of control, he prefers others to commit any required violence for him. He is not afraid to lie or harm others to get what he wants.

History
Summary
Zen, Shor, and Sir were born together. They traveled to the Sa together and took a matching last name, Ef. But Zen didn't fit in with the Sa, so when he had the opportunity to leave--and perhaps receive some power--he took it. He joined the Lenetae, serving beneath one of his creators, and eventually met Vi-Kara the Conquerer and Ai-Si. During the Three-Kiste War, he and Ai-Si fought alongside each other and grew close. Eventually, the war was won, and the Order was established. Zen gained the position of Lenetae Fashi, but Sir took the position of Sa Fashi, forcing them together. After the Sa rebelled, Zen was enraged, vowing to bring them under his control again.
Detailed History
- Zen, Sir, and Shor were born in a large group of nebulisae. They decided to travel together, and eventually arrived at the Sa. Taking the same last name, Ef, they planned to stick together forever.
- Sir and Shor had a great time with the Sa, but Zen struggled to fit in. As they made friends and Zen struggled to, it grew resentful. When it learned one of its creators was likely a Lenetae nebulis, it begged Sir to go with it to the Lenetae. Sir and Shor agreed.
- The Lenetae nebulis they encountered knew Vi-Kara, who was planning to found an empire. The nebulis offered Zen a position of power if it joined them. Zen agreed. Sir tried to get him to change his mind, but he refused.
- Bolstered by the support of his mentor, Zen quickly climbed the ranks. He won many battles. Eventually, he faced Sir and Shor in battle again. In a failed attempted to force a surrender, Zen cracked Sir's core.
- The Fai surrendered. After this surrender, Zen met Ai-Si. The two got along well, often fighting side by side, and vowed to rule the three kiste together.
- The Sa surrendered, and the Order was born. Vi-Kara ruled as Lenetae Fashi, but he was old, and quickly passed away. Zen, already in a powerful position, was quickly voted into his place, making him the new Lenetae Fashi.
- After being approached by YTIY, Zen decided to involve the neulisae in the fight against Checksum. He successfully pushed for the Sa to be conscripted. They won, but at a heavy cost--especially to the Sa.
- Sir-Ef, Ish-Ki, and Gal-Xi attacked Zen-An and the Fai Fashi, Mor-Tez, resulting in Mor-Tez's death. Zen-An was severely wounded. Sir delcared the separation of the Sa from the Order.
- When Zen woke after the attack, Ai-Si and a young Lenetae, An-Sha, were at his side. He asked what happened and was given a rundown. Impressed by An's public rejection of his ex-aeki Ish-Ki, he appointed him as a guard.
- Zen swore to bring the Sa back under his control or eliminate them--whichever came first.
